AnimeNow India does not host, store, or upload any video files on its servers. All anime content linked or embedded on our platform is hosted by third-party streaming services. We function purely as an index or directory that links to content already available on the internet.

We respect all intellectual property rights and are committed to responding to all valid DMCA notices promptly.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on or through AnimeNow India infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) that you claim has been infringed

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorisation from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notification to our copyright agent with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
